Quainton Law is focused on general corporate and litigation matters drawing on years of experience in complex transactions and disputes with some of the largest and most successful law firms in the world.
On the corporate side, we handle joint venture, LLC and shareholder agreements; small company and start-up financing; stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions; and employment, confidentiality, non-compete and many other corporate and commercial contracts. We are also skilled in devising unique agreements and arrangements tailored to your particular needs. We are able to handle matters in French, Spanish and Russian, and are equally comfortable with purely New York transactions and those with an interstate or international component.
On the litigation side, our focus is general civil and commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. Our litigation experience ranges from routine tort and breach of contract matters to disputes between founders, partners, and shareholders of closely-held businesses; employment matters, including wage and hour, misclassification and discrimination litigation; legal malpractice; estate disputes; and matrimonial litigation, particularly where one or both spouses have complex business or financial interests. Our recent appellate victories have involved representation of a small business in a real estate dispute with a large regional property management company and a spouse in a multi-million dispute over rights in family businesses.
Whatever your particular issue, we seek to understand the facts of your case as completely as possible, to research applicable law rigorously and creatively, to provide you with clear, dispassionate advice as to the merits of your case and then either litigate aggressively or settle out of court on favorable terms. As with our corporate practice, if you or one of the opposing parties speaks French, Spanish, Russian or Italian, we can provide unique additional value.
